Wranings all over my board..

I was changeing language pack when my board worked fine, but it gived me parse error so i changed it back to english and now it's warnings all over my board!!
 
  example:

Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Too many connections in /home/mforum/yabbse/index.php on line 41

Warning: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/mforum/yabbse/index.php on line 42

and this is just the three first lines of about 30 lines..

   Is there any problem with my mySQL database right now or something..
