can't covert messages

I can't get messages to show up after converting.  It will say that each board has messages, but when I view the board there are no messages.  It seems that members coverted fine.

While converting, I did get some errors like this:

I got alot, but I know not for every message on my board (I have alot of messages).

Any ideas?  I am using the 1.1 safe mode converter.

I think these errors are caused by corrupted Y1G files. The board index files are inconsistent with the message files. I'm not sure, but I think 'repair boards' in Y1G control panel might help.
