PHP Version: 4.3.4
MySQL Version: 4.0.x
Server Platform: Windows 2000, XP, or 2003

Problem Description:
Okey, now how i get to the admin center?
what is the URL??

i'm just get up my forum, and some newbie for to set up yabbse forum

Well, so long as you're logged in as an administrator, you just click the 'admin' button from the top menu, which should link to yourforum/index.php?board=;action=admin.
