Domain forwarding problem

YaBB SE Version: 1.5.5
PHP Version: 4.2.3
MySQL Version: 3.23.x
Server Platform: Unix, Linux, or BSD
Link to Forum: http://s92420136.onlinehome.us/forum/index.php

Problem Description:
I have a domain name registrar that is different from my host. The default subdomain for my host is:

http://s92420136.onlinehome.us/forum/index.php

and my domain name is ifrevival.com

when trying to use the forwarded domain(ifrevival.com) the board will not allow a user to remain logged in.

When using:
http://s92420136.onlinehome.us/forum/index.php

Everything works fine. But:

http://www.ifrevival.com/forum/index.php

you can log in, but once a user tries to leave the login page, they are logged out.

Is there a way around this?

It will not work this way due to the way that browsers work, when you do a frame based redirect, the browser wont accept the cookie for the site.

Basically, use the resolved URL or host the site somewhere that allows you to set up your TLD properly!

If I were to change the Board URL in the settings from:

http://s92420136.onlinehome.us/forum

to

http://ifrevival.com/forum

along with all the other directory paths in the settings, would that fix this problem? Or would it create more problems?
