Moving to a new server

YaBB SE Version: 1.5.5
PHP Version: 4.3.4
MySQL Version: 4.0.x
Server Platform: Unix, Linux, or BSD

Problem Description:
Ok, I am moving to a new server and i need to tansfer my forum.  What are the proper steps i need to do.
Here is my guess, please help if i am wrong:

1. transfer yabbse/ dir and files - chmod???
2. use the dump DB function in yabbse to restore on new one? mine is 15megs, do i
3. use phpMyAdmin create a new db name_yabbse
4. dump backed-up db to the new db

run board??

Please help with detailed instructions :)

Three things:

1. These questions get asked (and answered) all the time! ;)
2. Settings.php is important, so please check out my quote below and follow up the link.
3. phpMyAdmin will choke on dumping/restoring a 15MB database, so SSH is the way to go if you have it.
