Problem Description:
Hi, I'm new on this, and I've been trying to install it... it works perfectly until I reach to the part where I put all the info needed for the mysqul thing...
This is what appears:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'forum@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /home/mighest/public_html/forum/install.php on line 351

Cannot connect to database server with given data!

Please check the information you provided, and then try again.

I've created the database, created users and granted them permissions, I don't know what could be wrong...

Did you try doing a:

FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

After the GRANTs?

Might also try a mysqladmin -uroot -p reload.

I'm sorry but I don't understand this:

mysqladmin -uroot -p reload.

I'm really very new at this, I'm not a programmer or anything... the php and mysql were already installed... so I don't know.
If you could explain me a little further I would really  appreciate it

After you create new users in MySQL, you need to do a "FLUSH PRIVLEGES;" query.  In some cases, you need to do a "mysqladmin reload" command too.  Just:

Open a shell.
Type "mysqladmin -uroot -p reload"

You will be prompted for the password for the "root" user.... after which, it may work as expected.
