No email notification after user change email address

Problem Description:
A user on my forum has recently changed their email address. The problem is that they are not recieving email notifications on PM's like they used to. Is this a bug, and is there anything I can to do fix it?

Do they have the email notification checkbox set in their IM preferences?

Yes, that was the first thing I asked them. And I know they aren't just not turning it on properly because they said it was working before.

Does their new email address deffinatly work, send them a test email not from the board as there shouldnt be any reason for it not to work.

Do other people get the emails sent by the board?

I'm not sure about their email address, I know that they have heavy junk mail filtering.

It does work for other people on the board.

Fixed.

Their email was picking it up as junk mail.
