I'm wondering if there is a way to change a user name either with a mod or (I would prefer an SQL statement)

The reason I'm asking is because I've got a username with a space in it, and I'm thinking that it is messing up parts of my mod I'm writing.

Thank you.

you could access the database with phpmyadmin if you have it and change it by hand

Actually, I can write a script to do that.

What I could really use is a process when a user registers that does not allow spaces inside the username.

Good idea.

Shouldn't be difficult to make that.

Found it.  In Register2, there is a section that checks for valid characters, I think the error message is TXT[240], simply remove the '\s' at the beginning of the string and that will do the trick! :)
