Help! website wont stop loading!!!

Problem Description:
There is a serious problem with one of my friends sites and the website address is www.wickedmindz.com    the site once u enter will not stop loading unless u hit the stop loading button at the top of the browser. if u go there u will see what i mean. if anyone has any info on how to stop this or how to fix it please get back to me as soon as possible! please!!!  thanks much

For now, turning off output compression should help.  Getting better (higher, more...) bandwidth may also improve the situation.

how do i turn off output compression? also i have unlimited bandwidth

Unlimited bandwidth means nothing.  I mean ACTUAL stream.  Meaning, how much can go over the line within any given second.  In my experience that effects this.

Turning off output compression can be done from the administration panel, in "Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options" - you won't be able to unless you are an administrator.

You can also manually change the setting in the database - it's in the settings table, and the variable column will equal "enableCompressedOutput".

i cant even get to the administration panel. the page keeps refreshing and it doesnt even fully load when i hit the "stop" button to try to catch it. i dont know what to do at all. it just keeps constantly refreshing so i cant get to the admin panel. this is getting very annoying and i appreciate any help i can get.
