Problem Description:
I have read all the FAQ on the forum.
I am still unable to fix the problem.

My PHP and MySQL is up to date.

I have tried setting cookies to local/non local.

My cookie name is only sglforum

No bad chars.

All my file versions are the latest.

Does anyone has any further suggestion?

Do you have any redirects or frames?

Have you made sure that all your urls are correct in settings.php?  For instance, the url does not have www. on it in some places, but not in others?

Nope, no redirects or frame.
All settings have a http://www.

So any further suggestion?

Installed a brand new board Yabb 154 to the same server, result still the same so I can assume it's the server problem.

Using PHP 4.3.3, MYSQL 4.0.14

Anyone has any idea what is likely to be wrong?

Please change your boardurl in Settings.php to:
http://singalore.com/forum

Your host is redirecting www. to that, so it won't work otherwise.
