I've enabled Sticky Topics, but I can't seem to make a topic stay at the top of the board. How do I do this?

post the topic, then enter topic for read.
should be the sticky button at bottom of your message.
click it, and done :P

Is there a way for a sticky topic to be sticky an all boards?

Maybe a mod for this?

Yes there is.  It is a mod from Unknown called Global Stickies, or something like that.

He had it up on his yabbpak server, so if you get the server address, you can get it through their instead of trolling completed mods for it.
