Need Help With Step 2!! Please Read!!

Problem Description:
Hello Everyone,
    Ive just recentlyed downloaded yabb se and i love how it looks to much from screenshots. When i went to install it... it installed fine on the first step but then when i got to the step 2 when you enter in all the information about web server it didnt work when i pushed continue...

THIS IS THE EROR I GET:
Unable to use the provided database, yabbse!
               
                Please double check this information, and try again.  Remember, some hosts add a prefix to your database name.
               
       
                                WHT THE HECK AN I DOING WRONG ive installed phpbb which is alot more complicated and i didnt like it that much so im swithching to this but then i get all this crap.

and yes ive done everthing right inculiding asci and binary modes and chmod 777 for the yabse... SO PLEASE HELP ME AND QUICK!

Please enter the database information you're told to use by your host.

For most cases, the MySQL server should be "localhost", and the username should be your username (for CPanel, etc.).  Same with your password.  Database name is probably going to be your username again, or perhaps username_somethingyoumadeincpanel.  Prefix can be anything, even blank.
