problem with upgrade

Problem Description:
I hope this is the correct forum for this!

I upgraded to 1.5.4 and during the process got these errors:

Error: MySQL said:
Duplicate column name 'ID_LAST_TOPIC'
Error: MySQL said:
Can't DROP 'membername'. Check that column/key exists

Everything else was successfull.

Now when I try to access the Board I get these errors:

The settings.php file is still there.
What have I done wrong?

Should have upgraded to 1.4.1 first
