If you're talking about the new message board system, run over to http://www.simplemachines.org/community/

If you're talking about a live chat room, YSE/SMF doesn't do that, though I do have an integrated system (not free) for that.  Please indicate a bit more of what you're looking for.  :)

I am looking for a text based chat for now. What are the features of the chat you are refering to and how much does it cost and what are the licensing issues?
