Problem Description:
so today i got this error in my forum, no idea why either..... i have not modified this page for months, and now it give me this error. Its doing it on all my pages i have the news included, could it be somthing that my host installed and is messing the ssi.php up??

Warning: main(): stream does not support seeking in /home/warcraft/public_html/links/news.php on line 23

and line 23 of news.php is

<? include("http://www.warcraftwars.com/forums/index.php?action=news;board=2;limit=10"); ?>

This is a bug in PHP.  Use @ on the include.
