admin pw problem

Problem Description:
Alright I've been having some screw problems today durring a fit of trying to upgrade to the current version and not understanding how and getting confused and going through lots of diffrent stuff and messing things up several time I decided to restore my backup. Now after that somehow my password got changed. Now all my members can login but i'm unable to. Now I can't remember if there was like an admin login or somthing like that as a backup but I sure can't remember it. My admin account is there I can see it. And everything seems to befine except the login says that password is incorect and its the same password i've used for a while now. Can I possible use the database pw or somthing?

I figured it out. Before I had halfway upgraded but never finished. I finally got the upgrade completed and I was able to login.
