unable to find mod

Problem Description:
I've looked for hours and simply can now find the "more smilys mod" that I'm suposed to get for the additional smilys. So I was wondering someone would be kind enough if they know exactly where its located right off hand to show me. I searched for a very long time in the completed mod section to no avail after I got thourhg about 10 pages of mods my eyes hurt.

If you are still using 1.4.1 please try to upgrade ASAP

I got the upgrade downloaded but I can't seem to figure out how to properly install the upgrade though
