Moving from Windows to Linux server

YaBB SE Version: 1.5.4
PHP Version: 4.1.2
MySQL Version: 3.23.x
Server Platform: Windows
Link to Forum: http://www.doublejumpbooks.com/yabbse/index.php

Problem Description:
Okay, I'm pretty much a Linux newbie, but I gotta move an existing, active YaBBse board over from a Windows machine to a Red Hat Linux machine. I've got YaBBse installed and running on the Linux server ready to accept the data from the Windows server. Can someone post very specific, newbie-friendly step-by-step instructions explaining the best way to move messages and settings over? It won't be changing domains, just servers, then we'll change the IP address which the domain points to afterwards.

Thanks,
Tim
