[beta 1.5.4] Remove New-lines Excess 1.0

This mod will get rid of the excess new-lines in a message being posted or modified. It'll remove the empty lines at the beginning and end of the message. It'll also replace more than two new-lines in the body of the msg, down to two (for a new paragraph, for example).
