Getting an Error from all links on Index Page...

Problem Description:
I installed my board last night - had a few bumps and bruises but eventually everything worked out.  Then today, in a move of pure idiocy, I accidentally deleted the files under the root directory - bye bye board.

So, I completely cleaned out the database and removed all files.  Installed the board again (in safe mode) and it seemed to work out - now, however, I get the following error everytime I click any link on the index page:

HTTP/1.0 403 Access Forbidden (Execute Access Denied - This Virtual Directory does not allow objects to be executed.)

I checked and rechecked my CHMODs - no problems there.  Any ideas?

Most of your links appear to have paths to http://127.0.0.1/yse151/ instead of http://www.thewebsensei.net/~city/yabbse/!

Now for the money question:  how would I rectify that?  Or is it rectifiable (is that a word?)?

Suggest downloading Settings.php and checking the paths to the YaBB Directory, Sources Directory etc. for a start!

Gotcha!  Pretty sure I checked all that - but the way my day's been going - who knows? lol.

Should just be the first three (paths as opposed to URLs) that are causing the problem. That's why your 'Help' link and images are still working!

Better check your Attachments Upload Path in Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options as well now you've got it going again, and remember to mark this thread as solved.
