Installing YabbSe On computer??

Hi all first of all I would like to say that I love yabbse...I've been using yabb even before gold...to bad my luck with hosts(free) has been bad. I'm too poor to get paid hosting. And I'm trying to learn php and set up my own website(or server...yeah I'm a newbie ...) on my Windows XP computer. I just got apache, php, mysql, and php admin installed using ePHP. Now I have no clue what to do from here. I'd appreciate the help. Sorry if anyones posted a post like this before and this is getting on your nerves. Just point me in the right direction or the wrong one if ya just feel like it. Have me run in some circles maybe pull all my hairout out of frustration LOL alright enough of my rambling. Help would be great. Thanks in Advance!!

 ;DAnd I figured it out...took me an hour to figure out where all the files were being loaded for localhost (as in where to put yabbse) then after that had some mysql errors....then i watched a movie turned my computer on tried again and then bam..it works....

If you know php or anything like that with coding, goto www.webhostingtalk.com and go down to job offers and request and help out a hosting company in exchange for a domain and service... lol
