Update: If you have Windows XP, you have to use Windows Messenger (the version that comes with XP) and not MSN Messenger 5.0 (the version meant for every other Windows operating system). The reason is that the two programs have different class ID's (hard to explain - basically it's how Windows identifies the program). More info here (scroll down to about the 9th post on that page). This mod will work fine otherwise. This only applies to people using Windows XP. If you are using an older version of windows (98, ME, 2000, etc.), this will work fine.

A note.... Microsoft *is* working on a Windows Messenger 5.0.  At least, so I understand.  (it was hard to find, I'll try to remember my source...)

Yep. I don't know if this mod will work with MSN Messenger 6.0 or not... It should, unless you're using it under XP (different class id for MSN Messenger in XP than for Windows Messenger).
