Phorum --> YabbSE <-- Possible???

Ladies and Gentlemen,

After seriously searching this forum, I wasn't able to find any solution for my problem. My story is as follows:
I am currently running a Phorum board, which is in desperate need for upgrading. I have a blank, fresh new YabbSE running and I would like to convert my Phorum to this new Yabb SE board. Is there anyone who can tell me even if this is possible, and if so, how I should do it? I see a lot of discussions here regarding phpBB, so maybe I should check if I can convert my Phorum to phpBB first? Or is there an easier solution?
