How do I allow guests to view the boards?

How do I allow guests to view the boards? I can't seem to find this option, or doesn't it exist?

I don't have an interest in wanting guests to post, so I disabled that. Just want them to see the board before they decide to register.

Look for something along the lines of "Don't allow guests to do anything but login or register" in Forum Preferences and Settings and uncheck it.
