Is it possible to make a new class of mod.. like global but limit the powers even more... just wondering...

Like this mod can only add to an existing post.. they can't edit anything in the original or delete... Just be able to add like if you modify and just add at the bottom of the post...

In other words...this is about being able to assign exact mod (even admni) functions to membergrops?
