I don't think anything like this exists, but how about the ability to admin the karma a little more...

I know I can restrict it only to certain usergroups, but how about the reverse...where it's available to everyone, but I can restrict individuals?

I have some people who are abusing it, but with a large forum, I don't want to have to add everyone to a user group except those people...

Does this make sense ;P
