Pop Up personal message (PM)

Hi there

I was wondering if anyone knows how the script to make a pop up PM everytime we got a new message and/or at the same time we just logged in.

Like for example, someone sent a message to me last nite and this morning i logged in. as soon as i log in, there's a pop up board saying i've got a new msg.
