Allow administrators to view all members' Im boxes

I am trying to find a mod that allows administrators to view the inboxes and outboxes of forum members.  While this may constitue an invasion of privacy, I have come to the conclusion that the PM's my members send to each other need to be monitored for possibly infringing material.  Some are suspected of passing copyrighted information back and forth.

Thank you for your understanding.  If such a mod exists, I would very much appreciate a link to where it could be downloaded.

Look for Jack.R.Abbit's mod... I think it's named "View IM By User".
