I was wondering if you guys could tell me how to change the image that appears in the menu bar, (ie this one:) and how we change the images for the hot topics and stuff, and one last thing how we add more smilies.

the logo image is set in template.php
you can either change there, or just upload a new image overwriting the current logo
you can also do that for hot topic images, just overwrite them with what you want to use
those images should be stored in YaBBImages/ directory

to add more smilies easily, use the Smilies mod, check the completed mod board
