Hello,

I'm attempting to setup Yabbse 1.5.3, but am having some troubles. I believe that I have everything installed correctly, because I can see the new dbase in Mysql now has 24 new tables and I didn't see any error messages through out the install process.

Here's where I get lost. When I click the link "go to your board" I get a nice blank page. I've uninstalled, and reinstalled yabbse/apache/mysql/perl/php about 30 times now, and I just can't get it.

I have the phpinfo page www.phrozenlemonade.alturl.com/test.php or click here , and am running Apache 2.0.45/Mysql 4.0.13/ActivePerl 5.6.1.635/ PHP 4.3.1/ Dual boot Windows 2000 Pro, Windows XP Home with webroot located on it's own partition.

I thought it might be compression was turned on in Mysql, but it's not according to PHPinfo so I'm stuck  :-\

anyone have any ideas?

Thanks Phrozen

You need to set session.save_path to a valid directory in php.ini.  (ie. C:\WINDOWS\Temp)
