i recently joined singapore anime news but however i cannot access to the site as it says that there is an error in the database and i should inform the administrator

inform the administrator of that website, you are wrong here (this here is the webmasterforum for administrators using yabb se).

the problem is i cannot even access to inform the administrator as the error database page would always pop. thx for ur help.
so is there anyway i can do to solve this problem?
