well, in the help i see the (minus the quotes) ["url=http://www.site.com"]SITE["/url"]

and that opens the page in the current browser, but the other way opens it into a different page.

Well no matter wichway i do it, they both open up into a different page, is there some way i can disable this? or do like url=http://www.site.com target=_parent or something?

Change the url to iurl in both opening and closing tags.
