Problem with stay in

We have a problem stay in when we have logged in.It throw us out but show down below forum that we are in and up that we are guest. And also I can change my topics but I can´t remove them.  I´m also forums webmaster. So what have I done wrong and what can I do to change it?

If this does not help then please say which board version you have installe, post a link to your board and to your phpinfo.
