If I wanted to add a button to the nav on the index page, which file would I edit. Also I want to change the test saying total members to say something else, which file should I edit for that. Thanx.

Subs.php.  Search for "yymenu".

BoardIndex.php.  Search for "sp1".

I am having trouble adding a new button to my YABB Menu, I can't figure where to put it. I just want to add a small button for users to go to their mailbox. Or, is there a mod that can do this?

you could always cheat and put it directly in template.php just before or after <yabb menu>
