Install problem

After I do the fresh install in 1.5.1, I get the following error.

2: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent
(d:\web\yabbse\Sources\Subs.php ln 152)

I'm running apache server + mysql + Php all is the latest version. Can anyone know how to fix it?

sorry,I can't provide the link, I'm still figure out how to put it online since I'm running locally. The output I get is
it show perfectly showing the logo which is yabbse and the bottom is showing perfectly the copyright/version
detail. It can't display the forum. I try the 1.4.1
and it works perfectly and don't know why?
I find that some different on subs.php
// print stuff to prevent
header('Expires: Mon.... GMT'); on version 1.5.1
header("Expires: Mon.... GMT"); on version 1.4.1

I try to modify the double quote in 1.5.1 and it still give the same error.
