Member password problem

One of my users have been trying for the past day to sign on to our new board. I deleted her account and readded her to try and help her out by sending a new password in her direction.

Here is what she reports after trying the new password and deleting her cookies:
- I tried with new password - but no success !
- Same problem: can't access member list -...must register before using that feature
- I logged in again... - password incorrect
to post a message... - must be logged in - pls. register first

- Also I can't log out - I hit 'home' and there is no sign
asking me to log out...?
(note: I emailed her to clarify on this one... why would she want to log out if she can't log in???)

- I have cleaned up:Files/Cookies/History and re-started again but same problems are there...

Last night I ran a detailed version check to make sure everything was up to date.

Lisa, try logging in as that member.

If it works, then your member needs to go to TOOLS > OPTIONS > SECURITY and add your domain (http://operationbonjovi.com) to her allowed list.

I was able to log in, register and post, so it's looking like a security setting issue for your member.

Ah, so you are the mysterious Douglas!  

Thanks for the advice. I don't know her password, but I have registered several members (moved them over from another board) and they aren't having any problems.

Will try what you suggested with her security options.
