I have website also for our clan. I am using Apache for it along with PHP and Mysql for the message board. Yabbse is the board type we use also.
One question:
I get this error message when sending a private message to someone, even though it always goes through anyway.

 Even this same message appears when repling to a standard post....but not all the time. And Not all the time does it go through like the PM does.
