Question on using the calendar: Trying to figure out how to set up calendar to repeat certain entries that are consistant from month to month.  And do this without without having a zillion boards?

Can this be done?

It isn't currently set up to repeat events, but you can add additional entries to it. You still need ONE message, just hit the "Link to Calendar" button at the bottom of the message and you can add more events on the calendar that still just point at the one message.

That would be ok if I didn't have to have multible post but I don't seem to be able to see and any thing like "Link to Calendar" buttom.  

I have went through the whole process a few times with posting on calendar the repeated event but just  ot seeing the "link" or in the preferencess?

Can you tell me where to find that.

The "link to calendar" is at the bottom of already-posted messages. View the message that already exists for the calendar event. At the bottom of that message, near the moderator buttons, is the "link to calendar" which lets you add another date to the calendar to point at that same message.

Unless it has been changed (haven't been following if there have been changes to the calendar), you will only see the "link to calendar" button if you are a Global Mod, Admin, or are the user who originally created the message.
