My website got hacked, now I get error message :(

My website got hacked.  They changed the index.html page, so I just uploaded it back.  Easy fix, I thought.

Then I went to post on my forum, and an error message came up.

ERROR MESSAGE: The Subject field was not filled out. It is required.

There was also a file in my Sources directory that my virus scanner said was a virus.  It said something to do with linux.

I have tried reuploading as much as possible, but it hasn't fixed the problem.

What could be wrong?
