settings.php file missing

it seems that when i upgraded that the upgrade zip file didnt have a settings.php in it but it says i need to overwrite the old one. anybody understand this?

the upgrade script updates a bit of your Settings.php (the cookies settings)
so, you'll need to have your Settings.php writeable (CHMOD 666) when executing the update

if the readme says to upload and overwrite Settings.php and yabbinfo.xml, you can ignore it, it's a mistake in the readme :)
