Confused. Files missing from upgrade zip?

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade from 1.4.0. I am assuming I need the upgrade zip?

That is the one I have downloaded anyway. I was in the process of uploading the replacement files following the list in the readme.html. It indicates that I need to upload (among others) Settings.php and yabbinfo.xml. Neither of these files are available in the upgrade zip file.

Anyone help? Do I need the full install instead?

u only need to upload those 2 when doing a clean install, just upload everything u have in the upgrade package, then run upgrade.php, and u'll be fine ;)
