execute sql file

I download the "global moderators center" mod

I applyied the mod and added the files, now it also contains an sql file

in the description it sais: Execute the SQL in globalmodcenter.sql.

I uploaded the sql file to /forum
and then In my browser I entered the address:
www.myofrum/forum/globalmodcenter.sql

then the text is displayed but nothing happens...
how can I execute that sql file? thanks.

Use phpMyAdmin or Shell into your box and execute MySQL. phpMyAdmin is your better bet, though.
