Upgraded my forums to 1.5.2 - now I can't get Yabbpaks to work!

Anytime I try to add a new server, or try to install a pak I put on my forums, I get this error:

2: fopen(Packages/installed.list) [function.fopen]: failed to create stream: Permission denied
(/home/zion/public_html/forums/Sources/Packages.php ln 270)


Obviously the ln number changes, but its the same error.

Is there something I am not CHMODing?  I tried setting the pack, the forums, and the packages folder to all 777, to test it out, and I still get the same error.  

Soneone please fill me in!

Make sure the installed.list file in Packages is chmod'd to 666.
