Problem Please Help

I am installed yabbse 1.4 for testing purpose for the last few days and then upgraded to 1.5.1 RC1
Today all of a sudden I recieved an error

Database Error

Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator.

and I get this error where ever I click.
I couldn't do any thing nor could I logout
Every where same error
Please Help

What build of YaBB SE 1.5.1?

Do you have SQL access?

Well it is RC1
and I have mysql access
One thing more.
This error happened when I banned a test user and then tried to login using banned username and password

In that case, you are using an old build.  A very old build.

Upgrade to the latest one.
