Looking for a little help

I just installed 1.5.1 but cant figure out what mods do what.

I need a mod to
1. Remove the users abilty to delete themselfs
2. Upload avitars onto the website

If anyone could point me in the right directin i'd greatly appreiate it.

The avitar upload thing doesnt seem to work.
I edited in the script by hand though...
because I cant find a boardmod that works with 1.5.1

The other one worked well

The author of avatar upload is not going to make his mod 1.5.1 compatable untill 1.5.1. is out in full.
