what is Mod ?

When I try to install a "Photo Gallery Mod", one of step is "run 'Gallery0.9.mod' in BoardMod" in installation guide. What is Mod? How can I run mod? ???

Mod is short for modification. You need to use the program called boardmod(http://boardmod.org) to apply a mod to your board.
