Mod Description

This mod will change the Help page to one page (you still have to delete the other pages) and has a lot of changes that make the Help easier to use, a more-guided Help, and tell a lot more information.  It also includes named anchors (HTML tag: <a name="anchorName">).

    I forgot to say this, but you can change the "Welcome to the YaBB SE Help!" to "Welcome to the Forum Name Help!", where 'Forum Name' is the name of your forums.  In fact, there probably wouldn't be enough space to post that, I tried just putting the code of the file in and it said that the message was too big.
