For me this swings both ways.
Being bitten by noobies is not what the experts deserve at all. They work their socks off to try and give a good product without any real reward.
But then at the same time there are noobie novices like me who know that they need something but don't necessarily know what it is or what to call it (I call it the Thingy-Syndrome).
So,
To all noobies, give the experts a break, they're here to help and are doing the best they can with the resources they have available to them.
To all experts, please give us a noobies a break too. We're trying to learn, but it isn't easy when you don't know what "Thingy" you need, where to find a "Thingy", or even what to call your "Thingy".
