Guys, I NEED HELP FAST

Hello,

I NEED HELP LIKE FAST.

I have Yabbse installed and running fine.  Well I got a wild hair to convert the old YabbSP1 board I had and all the messages.  Well here is the problem, The yabbse already had many many posts and categories, well when I converted (went fine by the way)  I now have 2 of every category.  I do not want that, but how in the world will I move the messages to one category and delete the double categories??

I have not a clue about MySql as I use PHPMYADMIN and a control panel,

Couldnt you just empty all the existing tables and redo the conversion??

Hey Pioneer,

I ended up just having to delete the duplicate boards and messages and go back to the way it was.

I am not Mysql literate to be honest, I know how to create a database and thats about it.

There should be an option in that converter to do what I did, but to have it merge into the existing forums, cause they were the same heading and all.

But a converter is just that, not an importer.  The idea behind it is you switch to YaBBSE not use both and then later combine them.
