Sendmail type program for Win2k server

I have my YabbSE board runnning on a Win2k server using IIS5.  Anyone aware of a sendmail type program that can be used to take advantage of the email features of YabbSE?  Any Help would be appreciated.

It supports SMTP, configure your php.ini to use your SMTP server.
